Why use Magnaflux Authorized Service Centers?

Magnaflux offers in-person, hands-on training to ensure the technicians supporting equipment have all the knowledge and tools to keep process running smoothly. Magnaflux service center training requires written exams and passing grades to uphold the strict quality standards our partners and customers expect.

What is a Service Center Training Certificate?

The Magnaflux Authorized Service Center Technician training is designed to help Magnaflux partners and trained technicians to become leaders in their markets. To earn and maintain the Authorized Service Center Technician certificate, technicians must attend and pass the training every 3 years. This frequency was developed to be sure technicians are current on the latest industry standards and up-to-date on the newest Magnaflux products such as the Universal WE Magnetic Wet Bench or ST700 LED UV Lamp.

The programs include in-class exams that must be completed with a passing grade of 80% for Standard Level Classes and 90% for Senior Level Classes. Any technicians that do not receive a passing grade will need to attend another Magnaflux class to go through the training again and re-take the exam.

Authorized Service Centers and Magnaflux in-house support and customer service is key element of the Magnaflux culture and quality. A Service Center Training Certificate lets Magnaflux and authorized service center customers know the technician working on their equipment is trained to highest standards to deliver exceptional and accurate service.
