Liquid Penetrant Inspection

ZL-150 – Level 2 Water Washable Fluorescent Penetrant

• Specially designed to reduce the cost of inspections with low dragout, ideal for finding indications in high-volume dip applications.
• Features: Reduced penetrant dragout, low viscosity and excellent removability, on the QPL SAE AMS 2644 Qualified Product List

ZL-405 – Level ½ Water-Based Fluorescent Penetrant

• Effective in locating indications in rough surface parts like castings and forgings with a petroleum-free formula enabling easy disposal of rinse and wastewater.
• Features: Biodegradable, excellent water wash removability, developer not required, meets EN ISO 3452-2

ZL-425 – Level 1 Water-Based Fluorescent Penetrant

• An environmentally sensitive, hydrocarbon-free penetrant developed for use in the automotive sector and suitable for use on plastic (NOTE: compatibility testing is always recommended prior to using penetrant on sensitive materials like plastic).
• Features: Can be used on sensitive materials like plastic, biodegradable, meets EN ISO 3452-2 and AMS 2644
